Dinges Logistics hails successful year in tank cleaning sector

In mid-June, the organisation expanded its headquarters in Grünstadt, Germany. In addtion to its premises at Benzstraße 15, the company acquired the neighbouring property at Benzstraße 17.
This has provided the company with around 800 square metres of additional space, which will contribute to improving its internal processes and communication.
The expansion has also strengthened the company's strategic orientation as a one-stop logistics service provider, concentrating nearly all of its business divisions at one location.
Chief operating officer Michael Klopp commented on the impact of the new facilities: "With the expansion of the commercial space at Benzstraße we are underlining our strategy of infrastructural growth combined with centralisation.
“It opens further scope for our strategy as a ‘one-stop solution’ and enables us to work even more efficently. Furthermore, our efforts and assets are a clear commitment to Germany as a business location."
The modernisation of its fleet is progressing
The company is committed to the continuous modernisation of its fleet with a focus on driver safety, operational efficiency and reliability for its customers.
To this effect, over 20 new Viking-style vehicles were purchased earlier this year.
One of these new tankers especially stands out - The Viking 150, has been named in honour of the late founding father of the business, Ingo Dinges, who built up Dinges Logistics over the decades.
The Scania 660ST Torpedo, converted from a standard Scania vehicle, marks the 25th anniversary of Dinges Logistics – a company that currently operates around 120 active tanker/tractor units.
At major events such as the Truck Grand Prix at the Nürburgring track in Germany and other international truck shows, this showpiece has caused great excitement. In August, it was awarded a prize as one of the most eye-catching vehicles at the Nordic Trophy in Sweden.
Dinges Logistics at Transportlogistic 2025
For the second time in company’s history Dinges Logistics had the opportunity to exhibit at the world's leading trade fair for transport and logistics in Munich.
The anniversary vehicle was also showcased near the company's booth, drawing considerable attention from visitors.
Klopp reflected on the event: “We had a great and successful time at this year’s show. The impressions gained, the discussions that were held and the unique atmosphere not only enabled us to meet business customers, but it also gave us a chance to make new contacts and exchange ideas on current topics in the transport and logistics industry.
“Many thanks to all of those who visited our booth, as well as to our entire team on site and at our locations who handled the day-to-day business during this time.”
Encouraged by the positive feedback, Dinges Logistics is already planning to participate at the next Transportlogistic event in 2027.
Conclusion
Having overcome all the events and challenges the company faced this year, Dinges Logistics can look back on a successful 12 months – a year that also brought important strategic decisions and modifications for the future focus of the company.
With the resulting developments, the company is well positioned to continue its steady growth and constant improvement.
