EOC Group has transferred the logistics activities of EOC Logistics to external transport partner Masterbulk.
This strategic decision allows EOC to strengthen their focus on core activities: innovating, producing and selling high-quality chemical products.
The logistics sector is evolving rapidly, with increasing demands for flexibility, sustainability and transparency.
At the same time, regulatory and technological challenges continue to grow. Logistics has become a specialised field requiring dedicated expertise and continuous investment.

Masterbulk took over the existing operations of EOC on October 1.
The fleet of 90 specialised trailers and all employees have been fully transferred to Masterbulk. The staff will continue working at the same facilities in their current roles in Oudenaarde and Evergem. This ensures continuity, and logistics services for EOC will be maintained at the same high level.
