New station launch

The facility features five dedicated tank cleaning bays, one packaging cleaning bay and six steam-heating bays, supported by an on-site inspection point and an automated cleaning process that enhances consistency, safety and throughput.
Designed around drivers’ needs and rapid turnarounds, the station includes driver amenities – toilets, showers, a waiting room and a kitchen – helping fleets keep people comfortable while assets return to the road faster. PCC Autochem expects the new layout and automation to shorten service wait times, providing reliable capacity during peak demand.
“Efficiency and compliance were the core briefs for this project,” said a PCC Autochem spokesperson. “By combining automated programmes with robust steam-heating capability and on-site inspection, we can deliver repeatable, high-quality cleans for a wide range of products while minimising downtime for our customers.”
Strategically located near Poland’s Lower Silesia industrial corridor, the Brzeg Dolny site supports both regional and cross-border flows.
The station’s configuration accommodates diverse tank types and packaging, enabling multi-product fleet operators to consolidate cleaning, inspection and heating services at a single stop.
The investment aligns with sector trends towards digitalisation, safety and sustainability.
PCC Autochem’s automated process standardises cycles and documentation, allowing shippers and carriers to demonstrate due diligence and quality control across the supply chain.
Combined with the ample heating capacity and inspection point, operators gain a one-roof solution that reduces empty miles between service providers.
