EFTCO has announced that it will add two new EFTCO codes for tank cleaning stations from next year.
These are the E59 - Mixer (agitator/stirrer) cleaning code, which relates to an extra cleaning operation for integrated mixers in a tank container or IBC.
Secondly, there is the E73 - Cleaning of CIP Installation code, which involves the cleaning of the CIP cleaning system, which is a fixed component attached to the transport tank.
These decisions were made after EFTCO's successful inhouse conference earlier in May before being confirmed.
EFTCO will also continue with its drive to go paperless in the new year with a push to get members to embrace greater digitalisation with its eECD (EFTCO Cleaning Document).
EFTCO said: "We are hopeful that, in cooperation with our industry, we will increase the demand and requirements in 2025 and we are available to support wherever necessary."
