Liquid products and chemicals are stored, consumed and transported around the world every day in ISO tanks, IBCs, drums, Variboxes and other containers.
For manufacturers and suppliers, however, gaining a clear and timely picture of how much product remains at a customer's site, where containers are located and when replenishment will be required can be a significant operational challenge.
Packwise aims to make this information digitally accessible.
The Packwise Smart Cap is an intelligent sensor that can be fitted to a range of industrial liquid containers. It measures fill levels while also collecting data on factors including location, temperature and movement.
This information is automatically transmitted to the Packwise Flow software platform, where it can be visualised and analysed.
With the launch of Packwise Flow 2.0, the company has introduced a substantially redesigned platform intended to make this information faster and easier to access and use.
