Chemical logistics company TALKE has donated 500 units of hand disinfectant to schools in the city of Hürth.
The disinfectant was delivered in 500 ml spray bottles and can be used directly without additional equipment.
“For us, professional protection against infection is a question of occupational safety. And that traditionally plays a very important role for us,” CEO Alfred Talke said. "Therefore, and because we feel very connected to our home location, it was obvious for us to get involved here."
There are a total of five secondary schools in the German city, which have been gradually reopening since April 23. The company was founded in 1947.
