Three tank cleaning stations have been acquired by Tradilo Inversiones while Depot Container Services has also taken over the running of Washmed España.
The Spanish tank cleaning association ANLIC has confirmed to Tank Cleaning Magazine a further round of consolidation within Spain’s tank cleaning and container services sector, with significant acquisitions completed by the two individual companies.
Tradilo Inversiones has acquired three tank cleaning stations across Spain, strengthening its national service network and expanding its presence in key logistics corridors.
The facilities involved in the transaction are Centro de Servicios de Lavado y Vaporizado del Sureste S.L. in Lorquí (Murcia), Servicios y Lavados Industriales Carlet S.L. in Carlet (Valencia) and Centros de Servicios de Lavados y Vaporizados del Noroeste S.L. in Palau d’Anglesola (Lleida).
The acquisitions represent a significant expansion of Tradilo Inversiones’ tank cleaning footprint which is expected to enhance service coverage for transport and logistics customers throughout the country.

In a separate transaction, ANLIC confirmed that Depot Container Services has acquired Washmed España, further highlighting ongoing investment and strategic growth within the country’s tank cleaning market.
These developments underline continued confidence in the sector and reflect a broader trend towards consolidation as operators seek to strengthen their geographic reach, operational capabilities and customer service offerings across Spain.
