Suttons invests £12 million in modernising fleet

Suttons Tankers has revealed that last year it invested over £12 million (€13.2 million) to ensure its fleet was fully modernised, operating at optimum efficiency and at the highest levels of compliancy.
This included the replacement of AdBlue, GP and fuel tanks, as well as tractor units.
A few weeks ago Suttons Tankers won a significant new contract with Haltermann Carless, a leading global provider of high-value speciality hydrocarbon solutions earlier in the year.
The logistics and supply chain business, part of global firm Suttons Group, will be transporting gas condensate from Spirit Energy’s Barrow Gas Terminal in Cumbria, UK, to Haltermann Carless in Harwich.
The company revealed recently that the 100th delivery had been made and the operation was performing in a smooth and reliable manner.
Suttons Tankers have also secured a renewal and expansion of their existing contract with one of Europe’s largest producers and distributors - GreenChem.
The logistics and supply chain specialist has been working with GreenChem for over nine years and have proved themselves to be a trusted and reliable partner.
